Delete Your Account
You can delete your Flight PA account and all associated data at any time. Choose one of the options below.
Option 1: Delete in the App
The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the Flight PA app:
- Open the Flight PA app
- Go to the Account tab
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Your account and data will be deleted immediately.
Option 2: Request Deletion by Email
If you no longer have the app installed, you can request account deletion by email:
- Send an email to support@jjwapps.com
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include the email address associated with your Flight PA account
We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.
What Data Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently and immediately removed:
- Your user account and authentication credentials
- All saved flight subscriptions and flight data
- Push notification tokens and device registrations
- User preferences and settings
- Subscription management data (RevenueCat customer record)
Data That May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained for legitimate purposes after account deletion:
- Anonymised analytics data - Aggregated usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you (retained up to 26 months)
- Crash reports - Technical diagnostic data may be retained in anonymised form by our crash reporting service (Sentry) for app stability purposes
- Legal obligations - Data required to be retained by law, such as transaction records for tax and financial compliance
Important Notes
- This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
- Cancel subscriptions separately. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to stop future charges.
